Why use the portal?
We are able to easily communicate with you even if you are at work, home or on the go. Our portal is accessible by computer, phone or tablet! You also have the flexibility to print information you didn’t previously have access to. We are now going to send well visit handouts through the portal for convenient access at any time!

How do I use the portal?
Go to www.premierforkids.com and click on our Patient Portal link. Then log in with the email address on this page! It really is that simple!

All of our providers highly encourage everyone to use the portal for quick and reliable communication. We want to ensure our patient’s are taken care of every step of the way and this provides us with another step to ensure the highest quality of care is given to your family!

How to sign up?
You can call our office and any of our front office staff can help you create your account. We will also be setting up accounts for families when they come in the office for visits.

Troubleshooting Questions
How do I change my password?
Once you are logged in to the portal and have selected a child, go to my account. Then click on portal account on the left side (3rd line down). You will then see the area to change your password.

How do I see the form I requested?
After your request has been processed, the form will be under the patient information tab, then under the forms tab.

How do I see my handouts?
Select the patient you are wishing to look the form up on. Then select patient information. Finally select the links and handouts tab on the left side. Your form will be there for you to review anytime you need it.
