In order to continue to offer excellent care to our patients, minimize wait times and maintain accurate patient information, we are implementing some changes.
- Effective Wednesday, 01.17.24 our walk-in clinic will close at 4PM instead of 4:30PM, Monday – Friday. Parent and child(ren) must be in our clinic by 4PM to be seen.
- Effective Saturday, 01.20.24, we will no longer offer walk-in clinic visits – Saturday Only. We will be scheduling sick visits only from 8AM to 10:45AM on Saturday’s, totaling 30 appointments. These visits will be available for scheduling, each Saturday starting at 7AM. It’s first come/first served. Please call our office and press 1 to leave a message for our Saturday nurse scheduler. We will return calls, in order received, to set up appointment. These visits are for acute issues only-respiratory, fever, ear pain, strep, etc.
- We are now using an electronic check-in system, Phreesia, for all visits, including walk-in clinic. This system sends a link for you to complete the registration process and forms, prior to your scheduled visit. There are multiple reminder texts/emails, so be on the look-out for these notifications as early as five days before appointment!
